Are you visible to your clients?

A lot of businesses or professionals develop their websites and other communications and forget to implement a simple and obvious way for others to contact them.

That’s what today’s blog is about.

Some ways to make yourself and your business more visible are:

1. You can Include your phone number in your email signature. When someone would like to contact you they probably look at an email from you first.
2. On your website, it makes sense to have a link to your scheduling software, so people can schedule appointments with you. It makes it easy for them and you are in control as you select your availability in the scheduler. It eliminates the back-and-forth emailing to find a suitable time.
3. If you have personal contact with your clients, then put your physical address on your website, so people know where to find you and evaluate how much time they’d need to come and see you. The contact page of your website is a good place for this.
4. On your website and on your LinkedIn profile I would recommend a recent headshot of you, so people can recognise you when they meet you.
